When you arrive at the hotel, the reception staff will take care of parking your car in the underground car park or in the car-pits on the ground floor, after helping you unload your luggage and accompanying you to your room; the cost of parking is €10.00 per day and for better management of parking spaces, in order to accommodate as many guests as possible, you must leave your car keys at Reception.

for the more technological, it will be possible to avoid queues at the reception at the time of check-in: a few days before your arrival you will receive a welcome email in which you will find the link that will allow you to enter all the data in your identity document .. allowing you to go directly to the room once you arrive at the structure.

compiling the daily menu has never been so simple and convenient… the Hotel Gioia will send you the proposals for the day before your arrival with a message on Whattsapp; for the following days, simply scan the QR-CODE above your table to choose the menu for the next day!

we do not have a separate kitchen to cater for celiac, vegetarian, vegan and lactose-intolerant guests; guests with special needs will have to make arrangements with the kitchen manager and adapt to the daily menu.
